About the analog search
The «Analog search» section helps to find medications with the same active ingredient or from the same pharmacological group available in a specific EU country: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Matching runs automatically over the product data.
The match is scored across three axes: composition (active ingredient), pharmacological group and indications. High-score pairs get their own «{drug} analog in {country}» pages with descriptions, JSON-LD (Drug + FAQPage) and links to product cards.
